Refund Policy

Ebooks and digital products

Ebooks, templates, guides and other digital downloads are delivered instantly after payment. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final, except in the situations below.

When we will issue a refund

Contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix the problem or refund your payment if:

• you were charged more than once for the same order;
• the file is corrupted, incomplete or will not open, and we cannot send you a working replacement;
• you did not receive access to your download and we cannot resolve it;
• the product is materially different from its description.

What is not eligible

• Change of mind after the file has been downloaded or accessed.
• Purchasing the wrong item, when the product description was accurate. Contact us anyway and we will do our best to help.
• Problems caused by your device or software, when the file works on standard readers or apps listed on the product page.

How to request a refund

Email adrienne@luminaaistrategy.com with your order number, the email used at checkout and a short description of the issue. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank or card provider may take 5 to 10 business days to post it. Once a refund is issued, download access for that order ends.

Services and notary appointments

Refunds for web design, SEO, AI strategy and other services follow the terms in your quote, proposal or agreement. Notary appointment cancellations and refunds follow the terms provided when you book. See our Terms of Use for more.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
