Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use luminaaistrategy.com and request services from Lumina Creative LLC. Last updated October 1, 2026.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use apply to luminaaistrategy.com and to the forms, assessments, booking tools and services offered through it by Lumina Creative LLC (“Lumina,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our services
Lumina provides web design, SEO, AI strategy, automation and related consulting services, and notary services through LuminaSign Remote Online Notary. Information on this site describes our services in general terms. The scope, price, timeline and deliverables for any engagement are set in a written quote, proposal or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Quotes, bookings and payments
- Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and remain valid for the period stated on the quote.
- Work begins after the quote or agreement is accepted and any required deposit is paid.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Square or Stripe. Their terms and privacy policies also apply to your payment.
- Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for services are stated in your quote or agreement. Refunds for ebooks and other digital products follow our Refund Policy.
Notary services
- Notary services are provided by a New Jersey commissioned notary public. Remote online notarizations are performed while the notary is located in New Jersey, using a third-party audio-video platform.
- You must present valid, unexpired government-issued identification and complete any identity verification the law or platform requires.
- Remote sessions are recorded, and recordings are kept as New Jersey law requires.
- The notary may refuse or stop a notarization if identity cannot be confirmed, the signer appears not to understand or to be signing under pressure, the document is incomplete, or completing the act would violate the law.
- Fees for notarial acts will not exceed the amounts allowed under New Jersey law.
- The notary does not draft documents, choose forms or verify the accuracy or legal effect of a document’s contents. Acceptance of a notarized or electronically notarized document is decided by the office or person receiving it.
