Lumina Creative LLC (“Lumina,” “we,” “us”) is a web design, SEO and AI strategy agency based in Newark, New Jersey. This policy applies to our website, https://luminaaistrategy.com, and to the forms, assessments and services offered through it. You can reach us at adrienne@luminaaistrategy.com.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services.

• Information you give us. When you take the Client Compass, request a quote, or email us, you may share your name, email address, phone number, business or organization, current website, project details, timeline, meeting preference, and any notes you choose to add. The Client Compass also produces a working-style result, which is included with your submission.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you move around the site.
• Order information. If you place an order through our online store, we collect the details needed to fulfill it, such as your name, shipping address and order contents.

Our forms are not designed to collect payment card numbers, government ID numbers or other sensitive personal information. Please do not include them in your messages.

How we use your information

• To reply to your message, prepare your custom quote and schedule conversations.
• To provide, manage and support the services you request.
• To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
• To keep the site secure and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To send you updates or marketing email, only where you have asked for them or where the law allows, with an unsubscribe option in every message.
• To meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

How form submissions are delivered

When you submit the Client Compass or a quote request, your answers are sent from your browser through EmailJS, an email delivery service, to our inbox. We use your submission to follow up with you personally.

Cookies, analytics and your choices

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. Our cookie banner, provided by Complianz, lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies where required, and you can change your choice at any time.

• Google Site Kit, Google Analytics and Search Console help us see which pages are visited and how visitors find the site.
• Microsoft Clarity is a behavior analytics tool that shows us how visitors interact with pages, such as clicks and scrolling, so we can improve usability.
• Essential cookies support security, load balancing and basic site features, and cannot be turned off in the site itself.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as expected.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as needed for that purpose. These include our web host (Hostinger), email delivery (EmailJS), analytics providers (Google and Microsoft), security tools (Wordfence), and, if you place a store order, payment and fulfillment providers such as PayPal, Square and WooPayments. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Online store and payments

Payments made through our store are handled by the payment processors named above. We do not store full payment card numbers on this website. The KeeKeeDonz shop at keekeedonz.printful.me is a separate storefront operated through Printful and follows its own privacy policy.

Third-party sites

Our pages link to other sites, including Facebook, YouTube, Printful and client websites such as wtcaresbayonne.org. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies before sharing information.

Comments

If comments are open on a page and you leave one, we collect the information in the comment form along with your IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam. An anonymized string created from your email address may be shared with the Gravatar service to see whether you use it.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it to respond to you, provide services, meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. After that we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including New Jersey and California, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to opt out of marketing messages. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), security monitoring and regular backups, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website and services are intended for business owners and organizations, and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be posted on this page.
